At the Annual Public Meeting of the Dr Welsh Trust, 21 November 2024, Craig Mair gave a talk on Cleopatra’s Needle and Bridge of Allan and Dr Crinan Alexander gave a talk on his great, great grandfather, General Sir James E. Alexander who was responsible for bringing the Needle to London.
